What data do we collect?

Contact form: your name, email address and your message.

What do we use it for?

To send you our newsletter (based on your consent).
To reply to your message.

We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties, except with the service providers below that we need to run the website and the newsletter.

Service providers

Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): sends the newsletter and the contact form messages.
Cloudflare: hosts the website and protects the forms against spam (Turnstile).

How long do we keep your data?

Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
Contact messages: as long as needed to handle your question, at most 2 years.

Your rights

You can always ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent. Email us at dokapitienen@gmail.com. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
